Induction is one of the most important to intake engine. When VTEC engages, a huge amount of air to the engine. J’s Racing developed big bore throttle Body which outer diameter is 70mm and inner diameter is 64mm. Spoon developed the special taper bore to encourage “VENTURI” effect to increase the air volume and efficiency to the engine. Mid-range power , throttle response and acceleration will be remarkabily improved. Comes with new calibrated sensors.
Here are detail of the throttle Body:
1 – Spoon TB 70mm outer vs stcok inner 64mm. A 17% more flow to the engine.
2- Throttle plate changed from 62mm to 64mm. Does not require port matching to intake manifold.
3 – Taper bore outside of the throttle Body for flow efficiency.
4 – Taper bore on the other side of the throttle and with the “Venturi effect” flow efficiency will be increased by 8%.
