DRL products feature trapezoidal (rectangular) fins that have a larger contact area for the tube and a higher heat dissipation efficiency compared to the conventional round forms, which have limited contact with the surface of the tube.
A precisely calculated angle allows air to be drawn smoothly from the louver, which is molded all the way to the edge without wasting space to enhance the cooling effect.

Compared to the standard aluminum version with 7.8mm (right), DRL’s slim and lightweight model is only 5mm (left). The louvers are molded right to the very end of both edges to facilitate the flow of air as much as possible.
Our Dedication to Making a Difference of 0.05 mm
The cooling water flows through a tube with a wall thickness of 0.25mm, compared to the standard 0.3mm. By reducing the wall thickness and the distance between the cooling water inside the tube and the air outside, a shorter duration for heat dissipation is needed, greatly increasing the cooling efficiency.
Thin 36mm Core
DRL’s unique 36mm core is much thinner than standard cores and features slim fins, which are conducive for airflow, and narrow tube pitches. Due to the reduction in weight and enhanced airflow, efficient heat exchange is possible. The slim and compact design demonstrates that cooling can be realized without unnecessary water usage, showcasing DRL’s capabilities at its best. “Cooling with less” has truly been achieved.
Optimal Spacing of Fins and Tube Pitch
By increasing the number of fins and tubes with a narrower pitch width than the standard and increasing the total amount of water, the heat exchange efficiency of the cooling water is dramatically improved.
