Items sent back to us without first contacting us to discuss will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please be cautious when using sharp tools to open boxes as there is a possibility of damaging the goods inside. These type of damages by the receiver will not be covered under warranty.
As most items we carry are custom ordered items specific for your vehicle, exchanges are not allowed.
