The Core Structure and the Rectangular Fins with Increased Durability
The outer fins and the tubes with inner fins criss-cross each other, allowing air passages to intersect when they flow in, and are placed at optimal intervals. This innovative form was reached after multiple simulations. The edges of the outer fins, which encounter the incoming flow of air, are folded to create a double layer. The resulting design gives it a high durability. The weight of the core is reduced as the fins are not unnecessarily thick.
